ROOF HATCHES - (non fire rated.)
Our ROOF HATCHES usually have an upstand frame and fit directly
onto the roof for the frame to be dressed over or can be sealed
on top of the membrain.
Although this casts off the rain we also incorporate a neoprene
seal to exclude draughts and insects.
An external locking facility can be specified as an alternative
to the internal pull cord release if required, with either, the
HATCH will self open, when released, to a vertical position,
and remain there without the need to be restrained.
Not just a ROOF HATCH but a FIRE ESCAPE HATCH!

specification.
