With our 60 minute fire rated trap doorset you don't need
a shaft.
A 950mm x 950mm inside frame opening, (excluding gas struts
and resistant chains) is adequate for a beer hoist and 36 gallon
barrels.
Each doorset has a 25 deep tray for your chosen finish and
a self opening action which doubles as a fire exit, released
from any depth of cellar via a pull cord.
The steel construction incorporates hi spec. insulation's
and conforms to BS476 Part 22 1987 for both integrity and insulation.
Supplied as a ready built unit, just place, fix and plaster up
to the underside - the main contractor can install without specialist
knowledge.
