We carry a range of stock sizes of Easy Flaps for despatch/delivery
and installation. Non-standard door sizes can be manufactured
to your requirements.
Easy Flaps (external)
 Are self opening from a standing position within the
cellar - deep cellars have an extension to the release cord,
ie. no climbing required.
Can be used as a fire escape route hatch.
Are fitted with closed cell neoprene weather seals to keep
out 99% of rain water.
Have stainless steel hinges and latches to prevent seizing
- the most common cause of cellar flap failure.
Are fully hot dip galvanised for long life and durability.
