When access is required for occassional maintence or meter reading in a basement / cellar a discreet maintenace access hatch can be the perfect answer.

The maintenace cellar trap door has alot in common with our other cellar and basement access trap doors such as the option of a gas strut power assistance opening system, a galvanised finish, weather resistant seals and a lockable release handle from ablove or below.

They can also be supplied in the same style as the internal tray type for a matching surrounding floor finish but for external use.

Each doorset is custom made to suit your specific requirements.
