Primerely used for use with a beer delivery cellar doorset / trap door, this is a cast in rope anchor that is recessed into a box that is flush fitting / level with the floor when it is not in use.
A "Pear" shaped fold out 25mm thick eye bolt extends 600mm below ground into a concrete foundation and provides a descreet but safe aid for draymen.
The box and lid are made from a glavanised steel for long a lasting durability.
