A sloping doorset like this is a less complicated solution than a stall riser with seperate horizontal and a vertical back door and when in a pavement or predestrian zone provides simple and easy operation with maximum weather protection.

Galvanised finish, weather resistant seals, stainless steel furniture and self opening action are all features we include in all of our external basement access trap doorset.

When this is the only access point to the basement or cellar, an external lockable release handle can be specified.
